Garage door installation question

Recently had two Clopay garage doors installed in new construction.
Used LM 3800 side mounted openers.
Had it installed by a garage door company.

The question is, should a properly installed door hold itself stationary in any position if it is installed correctly? One of my doors will hold itself open at any position, even 3 inches from the bottom. The other will fall closed from a foot or so. The one that falls from a foot does not open as smoothly or quietly, it shudders a bit when closing and as it fully opens. Do my doors need to be adjusted?

According to the guys who did my doors a few weeks ago, yes, the door would need to be adjusted.

You are going to get different opinions on this. My garage door is balanced to stay open at the halfway point. Above halfway it will slowly rise open on its own and below halfway it will close. Obviously both of your doors should be adjusted the same.
