Garage door insulation

I have an 18 ft door that I dont want to replace- so I need to add insulation to it. Anyone have a sucess story that they can share? I looked at foam the white board stuff, also alum backed foam
What else is out there and you have used. My door is a roll up in pieces 8 ft tall

Used the 4x8 sheets of foil faced 1 inch foam on my sons garage door. Cut them to fit, construction adhesive as glue. Worked great!
