Garage door leaking

My garage floor is just about level with my driveway. During rain days, water seeps under the garage door. I've replaced the seal and adjusted the down force on the electric door opener, yet still leaks. Any suggestions?
No floor drain either, grrrr.

They make several different types of garage door threshold in extruded aluminum and hard rubber. May need to get creative on each end though as it may run down the threshold and come end on the sides. One thing I have found is water will eventually find its way under a garage door.

It sounds like you may need a French Drain. Is your driveway concrete or paved?

If per chance that your garage door is a tad higher than the drive, you may be able to cut out a foot back inside of the garage, remove that concrete and then pour a new floor section that is a little bit lower than the floor now.

If you post up a couple of pics it will help to decide what options that you have.

Easiest is to put down a threshold and hope you can get it sufficiently anchored, but most thorough is to cut a drainage channel.

Here's something you can try and it's cheap.

Slip a length of foam backer rod in the bottom seal. It will compress a bit when the door closes and put enough pressure on the seal to hold it against the floor.

If it works ok, you may have to put a little adhesive caulking or weatherstrip adhesive on the ends to keep it from working it's way out of the seal.

It worked for me. I used the biggest diameter I could find which was either 5/8 or 3/4.
