Most garages are full of lubricants. Use whatever you have. I use whatever I have, and it works for 10 years at a time.

The last time I hit was 5+ years ago and I think I just grabbed the PB Blaster white lithium spray. No more noise

Try to get something that will stick, if it runs off (think wd-40) it will drip on cars and floor. I have used motorcycle chain lube and graphite spray.

Nothing on a garage door or opener to lube with WD-40! A good silicone spray will work. I use Fehr Lube. Sprays on, then sets to a grease in minutes. Great for rollers and hinges!

I used pb blaster GDL 2 weeks ago and im good to go for the time being. It really quieted it down. And it sounded bad.

Go to Home Depot, and buy " Garage Door Lube".

It ain't rocket science . . .

motor oil. is really the best but can be messy put one drop on each side of each hinge a few drops on every bearing on the rollers, end bearings and the center bearing if you can get to it on residential doors i use wd40 or similar on the springs DO NOT USE GREASE do not put anything in the tracks. if you have cheap black plastic rollers with no bearings use wd40

What is squeaking? The wheels? The track? Or the drive? The wheels- I would just squirt the bearings with oil. The track that the wheels roll in, I use a thick grease. I have never had to lubricate the drive on an opener.

DO NOT PUT GREASE IN THE TRACKS !!!! THEY ARE CALL ROLLERS FOR A REASON YOU NEED THEM TO ROLL THAT'S LIKE PUTTING GREASE ON THE ROAD AND NOT YOUR WHEEL BEARINGS.
clean that out and replace the rollers with good quality rollers
