Garage Door on a shed?

How do you guys create a slope on your shed wooden floor so that water doesnt stay in front of the door? as im sure you guys all know but the garage door sits inside the building. I will have about 8" of flat plywood that will remain expose on the outside. I just dont want the water to stay there and possibly leak under the door.

I have that exact situation on a shed I built for my Son in law.I'm just going to cover the exposed section with a piece of brake metal (coil stock)

I have a overhang. Im just concern about wind. I will cover the exposed wood with Aluminium. I was thinking of maybe use some cedar "shim" to get a little slope under the door but looking if others has done anything different.
