Garage Door Opener for a Warehouse Door

Yeah, I'm lazy, and would love to be when it is raining be able to just pull up and press a button to open the roll up door when I

Now, I have a control pad:

The control pad is:

Push Open to go up. Only press once and it opens fully.

Push Close to um.... Close. But, I have to hold it the whole duration of the door closing.

Push Stop. It stops it when opening.

It is a LiftMaster opener on there now.

Is there anyway I can rig this up for a remote to open it? I see it being a hassle to make it close on it's own, so I will settle for half the battle. I am trying to get by here on the bare minimum cost. I'm a CSOB.

Not sure where to get it, but I'd start at the manufacturer. The shop I worked at a few years ago had a few remotes for the roll up door.

It depends on how old the opener is. Older ones no, there is no means for attaching sensing eyes to reverse the door if some one is in the way while it is closing.
Some of the newer Liftmasters have the ability to add remote sensors.
