Garage door opener question

Does anybody have a lead on where I can get a 12' garage door opener without breaking the bank? I got a price of $800 each (with install), but was really looking for something cheaper than that. I'll be installing this myself, and don't have a preference in the type (trolly, screw, chain/belt, etc.). This will be for my newly built 30x40x14 shop that I'll be posting photos of soon. The doors are 12x12 sectional doors, not the rollup style.

The box stores don't seem to have any on their shelves. I'm sure they could order one with a part number, but neither they nor I can seem to find one that isn't grossly overpriced.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks! I really do like that 8500. That's the style I was looking for, just couldn't seem to find it. Much appreciated.

YW! I liked it too - it was the simplest opener I have ever installed. The only issue I had was with the light bulb for it - for some reason the LED bulb I had initially used seemed to interfere with it turning off. I switched it out and it's been fine since.
