Garage door options?

I need a new door for my garage. Right now it has a single, wide door. I use it more as a shop than for automobiles and with no man door it's a pain to go in and out with that big door. Plus it leaks heat like crazy. Unfortunately I can't put a man door on the side. I'm thinking of doing something like framing up a man door and only a single width garage door or maybe retrofitting double carriage doors or something but I'm not sure what's even possible. Any ideas from the experts?

how wide is the current opening? can you frame in a smaller sectional door with a man door beside it?

16'. Haven't planned it out yet but think that'd be possible.
