I'm looking to install a garage door screen so I can work at night and keep the bugs out. I see Home Depot has some online but I am curious as to what you guys are using or what products are decent. Thanks in advance.

Id love to find one for a 9'x9' door myself, but everything I've seen are for 7' or 8' max height doors. :(

I bought one last year at Harbor Freight. It's large enough for a double car door but I have it on a single. I folded it in half and installed grommets on each side to secure to cup hooks around door. I've used it for 2 years. Likely will need a new one next year. Works pretty well. Still have some bugs make it in but nothing like before. I think it was under $25.00.

Curious about the Harbor Freight one... I am not so much concerned about the bugs but I wonder if it cuts down on the sun coming through. I try to work on my car in the evenings but I am in full sun (not enough room to close the door and work). Does it act as a solar screen?

From a previous thread -
I got mine from this place. A little pricy but for both doors and delivery+tax cost me $300 for 2 9x8 doors. I love them. Good quality, zippers on both sides, they roll up and down, and garage doors work with them up or down. Best 300 I've spent and my garage is totally bug free:bounce:

Ive tried this a few times. I've just resolved to Off, lots of moving air and a big ole bug zapper.

I can't say as the sun doesn't come through mine too much. You would likely get some relief but I wouldn't know how much.
