floor uneven, gaps around the edges, do you know of a better bottom sealer and what should i use for the sides and the top?

Thank you voda! The hinges look like they will fix my drafty sides! That is something I have been wanting to fix for several years but couldnt figure out an effective way.

I think these hinges are a cool idea, but they are not a substitute for properly installed weatherstrip. New side, and top, weatherstrip for your door will be cheaper than a full set of these hinges. If you are able to push your door away from the weatherstrip, then the weatherstrip has formed a memory, and no longer flexes with the door. Look up Elton SR-1104 weatherstrip. This stuff is very effective.
