Do they make a good rubber seal for garage doors? Every time I open the door leading into the garage door I can see them move. I guess I have too much wobble. Any ideas on how to get it sealed up so the A/C unit doesn't have to work so hard?

Good question! Im not much help but wanted to reply for what its worth anyway. Im guessing your refering to the sides and top area? I found a great bottom seal called Tsunami (spelling) online for them! Hope you find one im looking too!

Is the door itself not fitting snuggly against the opening when closed? That can be adjusted.
For the inside I use the vinyl covered foam compression type door seal (like ya see on an entry door that fits in the rabbit slot) and it works good. I buy them in 12' lengths rather than the 80" ones seen at homecenter. Either staple or screw in place. Could also buy the aluminum extrusion the seal fits into then screw it in place.Thats an xtra cost though and track is hidding it anyway.
Outside I have made my own using the white (azek) composite and cutting a slot for it to fit into.

Check with a building supply store. There is available a trim piece that has a rubber seal on it. It replaces the out side trim of the garage door frame. I have put them on my garage door and am happy with them. The ones I got came in 10' lengths, they come in longer lengths as well, and are cut to fit just like the wood trim.

I ordered a 18' Cloplay door, after I installed it I called Cloplay about the adjustable of the door. They said that most of their doors now come with rivets, They sent me (at no charge) the needed bolts & nuts for use after drilling out the rivets.
It took me longer to remove the rivets than it did to install the door. If you drill the rivets will spin. So I used a grinder.

Check out this thread I was researching for door brush seals. I have a problem with cold air getting by the edges of my doors and the sealeze brush seals seem like they are going to work for me. But trying to justify $300 to seal two doors to the wife..LoL
