Garage Door: Wireless Control Panel

I have just finished my garage. Painted everything and now putting it back together. The previous owner had the wall controllers installed in an area I don't like and the they were not fished behind the drywall. My question....is there a wireless control panel (non-keyed) available? I like to have the same functionality of controlling the lights, operating the doors, maybe even motion sensor for the lights, but with a non-wired version.

These are Genie openers.

I was in the same boat on a previous house. I couldn't find a wireless controller, so I ended up with another remote (like what you clip to your visor in your car) and I attached it to the wall with Velcro where I wanted it. Worked out great, but no light control.

Liftmaster may have what you are looking for...search their site for part number 378LM. It is a wireless controller that controls door and it's light. Likely compatible with your Genie opener, if your Genie is 315 MHz.

Good luck!

Not sure about Genie-compatibility, but I just installed a wireless opener for my Chamberlain opener this spring. Picked it up at HD, installed and programmed easily enough. I can even program a secondary code for contractors, etc, even limiting the number of times the code can be used. Pretty slick, really.
