I replaced the garage door bottom seal. It still lets water it. It seems like the door could close tighter making it so no water comes in?

Do garage doors openers have setting to make it close tighter?

yes they have adjustments on them. it is located on the garage opener

First off what type of opener do you have? When the door is closed, does the weatherstrip spacing look the same across the whole door or is it touching in the center and up on the end?
