Uneven garage floor. Garage door will not close completely even with rubber seal. 1/4 inch gap on corner. Suggestions for closing gap? Is there anything that can be added to the bottom of the door?

I use the round foam water pipe insulation on the bottom of my door. Seals tight as a tic.

Self leveling cement OR a rented concrete grinder.

My parents garage slab had sunk and had the same issue. Removed the seal to build up the bottom of the door with angle cut 1x2 strips, then put the seal back on the bottom. Lasted until the house was leveled 10 years later.

And the GD companies sell a thicker seal that will accommodate all but the worst conditions where you should replace the concrete.

I like the pipe insulation idea.

Before you go so far as replacing the concrete. The door just needs adjusted, cable checked out, lube everything up, adjust spring tension etc.. I wouldn't suggest you go about this unless you have some prior experience. A technician can some out and do all of that in under an hour.
