I have a metal building that I am putting a metal ceiling in. I have 10 inches from the top of the rool up door to the bottom of the truss. Minus 2 inches for the ceiling metal, 4 for the door opener, that is liberal measurements. That leaves 4 inches for door clearance. Will quick turn top brackets I see listed give me enough clearance or is there other solutions. 2 track? Need help.

If it in fact a "roll-up" door? Don't understand the question...

If you're referring to an "overhead door" or sectional door, then the question makes a little more sense- the answer lies with knowing actual dimensions, the size (hgt) of each panel, the radius of the rail, and the actual clearance needed for such track.
