Garage Doors and Openers

My barn will be starting construction on Monday, . I've planned for 2-12x12 overhead doors, and I'm planning on going with Wayne Dalton 9600 Series doors and still not sure on the openers, but I'm leaning towards a pair of LiftMaster 3800's.

I live in Mid-Michigan and do plan on heating my barn with in-floor heat.

I'm looking for comments on my choice of door and opener.

My daughter's home has a Liftmaster 3800, and the home I am buying in Penngrove California has 3 of them. They are great from my perspective, and free up that overhead space a bit. I also like the security they offer via the deadbolt that latches in and out blocking the roller track.

I am also in Mid Michigan (Okemos) and our 28x40 garage will be starting next week. I also plan on using Liftmaster 3800s. I hope they work well. A friend of mine says the springs are a ***** to replace but I'm not going to worry about that.
