Garage elevator/hoist/lift.

Hi. Im writing from Norway so please ecquse my somtimes bad english.

Anyway, I'm trying to build or find me som kind of elevator or lift system that i can use in my underground workshop. The thing is that i have a 65 m2 garage and under this i have a 135m2 workshop. Well ca 570 feet2(?) garage and ca 1200 feet2(?) work shop. Im not shure that this is correct, about three feet to one meter? The thing is that i want to lower my car down from the garage an into my workshop. I have a hole in the garage floor that is about 5meters by 2,5meters (15ft by 7,5ft(?)) and big enough to hoist a car down through.

As you can see from the picture there is a pit so that any sissorlift can be inclemented(?) in the floor, set so that it does not take up any space when not in use. But do some of you brigt head persones out there have a better idea or know where i can get a hold of some kind of sissorlift that lifts ca 3 tonns up 3 meters? Or any hints on how to make somthing like this?

I was contemplating soemthign similar using a modified four post lift with a deck attached.
Contact the lift makers directly and see if they can custom build you something.
PhantomPark also makes a lift that will do what you're trying to do. I found their prices unreasonable in comparison to the cost of a regular car lift.
THere is also a company called Autopark that produces various car lifts and car elevators. I haven't been able to find out much about them as they aren't based in North America.
