Looks like they have something simliar to the Go-Jacks on sale for $239, they look to be decent for the money. The storage rack is also on sale for $29.00 right now. I may have to pick up a set of these.

My harbor freight seat broke. Is this one better quality or the same? I know they look very similar except for the tray underneath...

I just use a simple computer office task chair with the back and arms removed. Set at the lowest level, it's the same height as the tool chairs, but much more comfortable. And it goes up much higher. :)

However, Costco has thatawesome return policy if you get it on their wedsite and don't like it, return to to the local store for a full refund.

Thanks,
Ron

Still think if there is enough of us, we should really try to get another groupbuy on the maxjax, $1800 shipped is steller, gives extra funds for the oil drain and /or larger jackstands/lift stands for stuff

I have no doubt that there is a group buy in the near future, seeing as I just ordered one on Wednesday. :lol_hitti

Either way tho' it's still a good deal going now. $2159 with lift-gate delivery for me.:D

I would guess that we might have been able to get to around $2100 or even $2050 delivered with a 5-8 person group.

ASE offered $2050 with the 8 gal drain, delivered to a depot. GES wanted $210x for the same, but I wonder if ASE is forgetting the $59 dock hold fee at the depot (at least that is what GES quoted me).

Well ordered the MaxJax.. Was hit with Tax , was hoping I would bypass the tax by skipping costco, but no such luck.

But this will be cool. Got a second anchor kit to be able to put this up in the RV pad on nice days

Do you live in the same state as GES or Danmar?

Does not appear that I am.

I've asked Marco why I paid tax.

I'm in California, and if neither have a store front in CA, than I should not be charged tax.

Ahh they are based out of Southern CA, so the website was deceptive.. BAHH

Oh well, it's ordered and I did more than my fair share trying to keep the lights on in this state!

The Cadet looks real nice, definitely good for portability factor. No anchor bolts or anything.

Height looks good. Hard to buy the Cadet over the Atlas TD6MR for lower cost and higher max lifted height.

http://www.gregsmithequipment.com/Atlas-TD6MR-Portable-Scissor-Lift

I was also looking at the Kwik Bay due to the open center, but I need more info on the "air" locking mechanism.

http://www.gregsmithequipment.com/Atlas-Kwik-Bay-7-000-LB-Mid-Rise-Lift

It costs more than a MaxJax unit but I can park on it when not in use. Same for the Cadet and the TD6MR, but they have a closed center.

Why must the sale periods be so SHORT?!?!
