A few pics of the garage after a fall cleaning this weekend. I've been in this house for about a year and half and the house/garage was built in 1993.

36' x 24' with 11.5' ceilings.

I added a few pics of the garage when I moved in in 2012. Just a little elbow grease difference between then and now.

My fall cleanup mostly involves getting the leaf blower out and blowing all the leaves out of the garage and back into the yard!

Yours looks nice, good job!

Nice transformation.
Looks like your next investment should be a ceiling mounted/exhuausted forced Air heater.
Those propane heaters are nice for producing gallons of moisture and that place is too nice for that.

Very nice! I love a 2 post. I wanted a two post for mine but the 600sf section w/13' ceilings is only 22' wide which would have left a tight fit on the other side. Had to settle for a 4 post.

Can you point me/link me to a couple examples? A heater is on my list, but I haven't done any looking at this point. My garage at my old house had a full HVAC system in it......I REALLY miss that.

Thx for the pics! So, in the pic with you under the vehicle, how far from the ceiling is the roof, and how far to the floor is the undercarriage? Thx again.

The ceiling is 11'5" and with how I did the lights (the lower plastic covered one in the middle is sort of my emergency clearance warning) I get about 11' of clearance. I probably don't have the car all the way up in that picture so I can reach what I need to, but I can get full lift rise (72") on pretty much any car pretty easy. Small trucks/SUV's I can come close to full rise....depends on the vehicle. Obviously bigger trucks and SUV's I can't.

The lift is rated for 9,000lbs, but I had the minimum specs on the concrete so I probably won't try much more than about a 6,000lb vehicle on it just to be safe. I don't have anything that heavy right now anyway.

Mr Heater Bigg Max or Mini Split system are popular around here.

Check out the Heating and AC fourm on GJ.

I had a older Rheem system in my old garage but only have a pellet stove now which I would not recommend just because of the hassle and floor space occupied by it.

I am in the market for a propane Big Max that I would run off a 50 gallon tank I would sit out back. Hopefully that will happen soon.:willy_nil
