Garage finding help

I live in Rhode Island and I am on the hunt for a garage large enough to be able to run a very small vintage motorcycle and vehicle performance shop for I am currently out growing the space I currently have. My question to you is: Does anyone have a garage space they are willing to rent that I can also live in? I am 21, trying to grow my business and currently trying to also move out of my parents now that I am done with school. If anyone has any suggestions or places please feel free to email me at [email protected] I have been looking for awhile now but cant find anything.

Rent the usual storage unit and build a loft in it. This has been discussed before try a search. Good luck

Where in RI are you looking to set up shop? Things are tough there right now with one of the worst real estate markets in the northeast. We have property in Coventry, ie apartment, and the very close proxmity has many hurting garages.
