Garage First---House Second

When we found this 15 acres in Florida we knew it was perfect. First order of business--100x80 shop. We had an 800 sqft build out living area put in while the wife decided what type of house she wanted. House was done 8 months later.

Looks nice! My father in law told me to start with the garage projects first and then the house projects. By the time you do the house projects, everything will be in order in the garage to better facilitate the house projects.
