We have an upper & lower garage with precast slabs in between. We have been having issues in the winter where water is leaking down into the lower garage from the upper garage due to snow from the cars. Originally we were going to have a company come in and put a coating on the upstairs garage but at around $6/sq ft for a 670 sq ft garage, this is more than we want to pay. Weve been reading posts on this forum but there are so many different options available we are unsure of what to choose for our situation. We were looking at using SPGX ONE PART POLYUREA COATING but would this be something to use just for the top coat or would it suffice as the only coat we need? Any advice or recommendations for something that would prevent water penetration through to the basement garage would be greatly appreciated.
