I just joined the site but I have been lurking for some time. I've been reading a number of threads regarding the MaxJax installs that members have done and there are some tremendous tips 
The problem I have with my MaxJax install is that the floor area for one of the posts is crack-free but the other area has a number of hairline cracks and one crack that looks to be 1/32 to 1/16 wide and is within 3" of one of the anchor holes locations. I tried other positions and spacing, but there really isn't any way to avoid the cracks in that one area.
So my question is how much of an area where the cracks are located should be removed and re-poured? The floor is spec'd at 4" depth using a 3000psi mix. Also the floor is 20 years old. Can a re-poured area be tied in with rebar?
