Used the Behr on my garage last weekend and it turned out fine. I have 24x20 and used 2 kits went on great after many prep hours with muratic acid and pressure washer. It had 2 old coats of something from many years ago on it.(house is 60+ yrs old) I did not use the flakes but love the way it turned out. If you want anything but grey or tan you need to order it in advance.
