Garage floor heaved, what to do

Got the door working good again.
Now have to do something about the floor.
It heaved about in the middle of the door.
Layed a 4' level across it, rocks pretty good. Probably up an inch from center to edge of the door. I'll string a line to get an exact measurement.
Will this have to be cut out and re poured?

I finally addressed the heave/crack situation yesterday. Had a contractor grind it down with a 7" grinder and diamond cup. He used up two wheels and made a LOT of dust
