First I'm retired plus health issues. On my good days I like playing with restoring old John deere round fender tractor and a vw dune buggy. Funds are limited. The garage floor flat and no cracks. Someone did place sealer on the floor. The sealer is gone or peeling. I'd like to put something down with low care and cost. I thought about locking tile. I'm located in pa. so we get all 4 seasons. I'm concerned with slush and snow getting under the tile. With little drainage is there an issue with mold or dirt build up. How would you clean under the tile. Any other ideas I'm nothing think of would be great as well.

not sure what your budget is, but epoxy is often good bang for the buck and it will solve the water and salt under the tiles.

Check the cost per sq ft for both and see what you have.

BTW, Red Lion is a really neat town, I lived in Parkton, MD and worked at the Voight factory and at the powder plant.

Think about some cheap, white, big box, kitchen floor sheet goods.
It will come in a 12 foot wide roll and as long as you want.
I installed some and considered it sacrificial but after 5 years of north IL winter car parking and hobby style shop use it is still in use.
