I'm about to be the owner of a garage that has a floor in pretty bad shape (mid Florida) that I *think* was painted prior. I'm leaning toward tile due to possible floor not being very level and quite a bit of pitting (and the 12 gauge garage looked pretty cool) - thoughts?

I did do an epoxy floor 14 years ago that had been painted brown before the redo and held up quite well for the 10 years that I owned it (thank Fred at AlphaGarage!) - last pic in the set. I probably wont DIY this time (definitely not if I go tile).

Thanks for sharing, I love seeing pics from prior customers who worked with my brother Fred! Do not hesitate to contact me if you decide on another DIY epoxy application, I'd be honored to assist you.

I guess I need to clarify, porcelain tiles or epoxy are the choices I'm looking at.
