Alright starting to eyeball this project for spring time and I have a Question. What does everyone do or what do you think would look better when applying epoxy to the floor where the garage door meets the floor and the extra 1 foot of concrete floor that extends outside. Do you stop the epoxy inside just before the door, so if this is the case you would have about 1 foot of floor extending outside not epoxy covered or do you just do the whole floor including the 1 foot piece that extends outside the door Chuck

Hi Chuck. I am planning on epoxying my garage floor today. I plan on stopping the epoxy half way under the garage door seal. It seems like extending it outside might cause some color and wear differences since that area would be exposed to the elements.
