Garage floor post-prep question (Epoxy-Coat)

Hi all, quick question that I was not able to find an answer to after searching for a bit in the forums. The floor is newly poured, cured for over 2 months. I spent yesterday acid washing, scrubbing, power washing and squegeeing the floor. I live in Northern Delaware and the temps have been in upper 60's, but it did rain last night and has been misting all day today, with scattered showers expecting tomorrow.

Here is the question: I seems like the concrete is still damp and holding a bit of water possibly. The floor just seems darker in color right now. Should I wait until another time to apply floor or would I be ok to start it. I have heard mixed reviews about starting the floor when the humidity is high.

Thanks to all in advance.....

I would wait a few more days for everything to dry out; maybe even add a fan to circular the air. I waited 7 days during the warm summer months for my concrete to dry after I powered-washed/etched it.

Do not apply the epoxy to a damp floor or when the humidity is over about 80%. You also do not want it raining or misting when the floor is curing. If you want to discuss this in more detail and what your specific conditions are, give me a call.

Thank you for the clarification. My master plan to have the garage completed by Saturday has been delayed due to mother nature. Oh well, hopefully next week will have some better weather in the forecast. Thank you!
