I would like to thank all the folks who assisted me with my garage renovation project, which was quite a ride and memorable experience. Without the collective knowledge on this forum I would never be able to complete this task.

Here is the list of what was done and materials used:

1. Complete floor grinding (used wet+dry methods) using Edco two rotors grinder with diamond blocks
2. Stem walls and touch up grinding - Bosch variable speed angle grinder
3. Sealing the floor cracks with ZeraBond two part epoxy (Zeraus.com)
4. First epoxy coat using EpoxyMaster kit (Costco)
5. Second and Third epoxy coats - ZeraDur (Zeraus.com)
6. Epoxy Clear coat - ZeraKlear (Zeraus.com)
7. Two Polyurethane coats - ZeraBrite (Zeraus.com)
8. Decorative flakes - Rust-Oleum EpoxyShield (HomeDepot)
9. Stem walls: Drylock waterproofer + Behr Exterior paint
10. Floor-to-StemWalls gap sealing - CanSeal SL sealant (formandbuild.com)
11. Garage Lockers, Cabinets, Desks - NewAge (via Costco)
12. Wall storage panels - Proslat (proslat.com)
13. Pegboards - Homedepot

Posting before and after pictures

Thanks again to everyone who helped.
Oleg
