Garage floor slope part 2

Hi Folks, new here, love the forum. My issue is that my garage floor was poured without a slope, I have a low spot therefore I am constantly pushing water to the drain in the winter months. Its been 7 years and I want to fix this but how? A leveling compound will just level everything off, I need slope all the way around the garage, my garage is 25 x 20. What a happens at the garage door?? I can't raise it up and inch as then the garage pad will be uneven with the driveway. Thanks for the input....
