Plastic prices have gone through the roof. We have already taken an increase that made our lower end tile very expensive. We are expecting to see massive increases in tiles by months end. Prices will go up without notice. If current prices hold major national brands could easily approach $4-$5 per square foot. If you want garage tile either order soon or ride out the price increase and hope for the best.
