Ok, I have read past threads for hours here and didn't really find an answer.

I have a 4 year concrete garage floor that needs to be sealed again.

My requirements are:
Wear resistance- 3 cars are continuously in and out with lots of road sand in the winter months.

It can't be too slippery when wet-I've had epoxy that is downright dangerous when wet, even with lots of sand in it.

The prep work has to be something I can do, no shot blasting, etc. I would like to avoid acid washes as well. There is still plenty of old sealer in the low traffic areas.

Salt resistant- they salt the **** out of the roads here

Any suggestions on what to coat this floor with would be greatly appreciated.

What type of 'old sealer' are we looking at

No prep?? If such a product existed it would surely be a mess before long. Invest in your project and you will get a better return.

I can grind or etch if need be. I do need something that won't be too slippery when the tires have snow on them. What do you suggest?

That looks like nice stuff but I'm leaning towards Rock Solid because it seems to be reasonable durable and I can knock it out this weekend. If I go that route, I will grind the floor.

The bevel in front of the overhead doors has a broom finish. Does this need to be ground smooth or can I etch it so the Rock Solid sticks to the rough texture? Thanks!
