Garage Floor

I am building a 20 x 30 shop so I am putting in a wood floor due to low level flooring.

I am looking for a blue print or a place where I can put my info and it helps to show you all you need and it makes something like a blueprint if you know what I mean.

I was going to go with a cement floor but as for cost and having to raise it with stone and then I don't know how to lay blocks and plus water would still get in so I can't see any other way of doing it.

So... why is wood better then concrete in a wet situation? Just want to understand your thought process.
If the build site is low you really want to bring in some sand or cheap fill to raise it above flood level. Raising it above flood and putting in a perimeter drainage system would be real high on my priority list before starting the build.
Stick Built or pole? Pole would be my first choice as you can build it above grade and haul in sand to raise the floor before you pore... The rat walls will contain the concrete with no blocks required... Easy Peasy.

Forgot to I have no way of pouring a floor that size also and tgis building is not for car use this is for restoring garden tractors.
