... i would like to know what to do with it to have a working garage floor....
Welcome.
The answer really depends on what you will be doing in the garage.
If you will be welding and fabricating such that weld slag hits the floor and dropping heavy items onto the floor then about all you will want to do is seal the concrete.
On the other hand if your not doing "hot work" or impacting the concrete there are many epoxy type finishes.

Welcome to the forum. Once we know what you plan on doing in the garage we will be better able to come up with a type of flooring that will be compatible with your needs. It also helps if you put where you are located under your login name. Sometimes the answers to questions are location dependent.
Hi thank you for your quick response i would like to use the garage for general maintenance maybe welding later when i have practiced welding and bodywork as i have never done but axle stands and general maintenance really at the moment. the cars are quite heavy jaguar xj6 so something strong to take weight without lifting off

As far a seal sealer goes there are tons of options, but prep is basically the same on all. Since your floor is relatively new the prep would be minimal, mild soap and scrub then rinse. Once clean allow the moisture to evaporate for atleast 48hrs then spray or roll on your sealer. Personally I prefer a silane based as it penetrates rather than being a coating.

I used Eagle Natural Seal on the concrete slab in my barn.
It's available from Home Depot, $78.92 for a 5 gallon pail. Shipped to your door for free.
It doesn't change the look of the concrete, just seals it.
Water beads up nicely.
When I was installing my 2 post Rotary Lift about a quart of fluid (Auto Trans Fluid) leaked out onto the floor, I cleaned it up, you can't tell it ever happened. That proved it's a good sealer to me.
