Have not had a good experience with this company. On 5/2 ordered online Nitro Flooring with an estimated ship date of 5/8. In checking every day the ship date has not been updated. On 5/11 I did receive the edging that was part of the order and was not happy with the quality. Called the same day to cancel the order. Was on hold for 10 minutes before automatically being sent to voice mail. Called again the morning of 5/12 and had the same experience. Also sent an email this morning to cancel the order. They advertise superior customer service, you be the judge based upon my experience.

Had a very different experience with RaceDeck Flooring. Called them on 5/11 and was able to speak with a sales representative immediately. Have a pending order with an estimated ship date in 3-5 days. Have purchased flooring from RaceDeck in the past and also had an excellent experience, plus the flooring quality is excellent.

So you ordered it on Saturday and they shipped it the following Friday like they said they would, you only got a portion of the order the following Monday and canceled your entire order on Tuesday due to quality issues. I don’t see the problem given we are in the middle of a pandemic and half or more of the businesses in the US are shut down.

If you were so happy with Race Deck in the past why didn’t you order it this time instead of making your first post on GJ a complaint about one company that provides a lot of useful information, is very helpful on this site and has a lot of satisfied customers?

I have no affiliation with or investment in Garage Flooring Inc.

+1 for what burleyfarm said. I've got no affiliation with them either but I don't see anything super strange with what happened given the whole global pandemic thing. Have patience, expect delays.

Yeah I’m in agreement with the guys above I see no reason to come on this forum with your first post to rip somebody that a lot of people have had nothing but good dealings with.

I had a great experience with Justin and team at Garage Flooring LLC
They were super responsive throughout the entire process. I would give them 4 out of 4 stars.

Does the OP realize we are in a world wide crisis right now? Supply chains are broken, people are furloughed, trucking firms are delayed, and a million other issues are happening in this pandemic. Take a chill pill before firing off a rant.

My Amazon prime orders are a week to 2 weeks behind. Normally it’s 2 days.
I think you have to give some time in this environment.
Oh and welcome to GJ :)

You took into account a potential time difference between where you are and where they are? As the others have said supply chains for many things have been greatly effected by this.

I'm glad you spoke up, after reading about your company and the assistance you offer I was having a real hard time believing that he was speaking of you.

Hey OP, I think it would be very wise for you to edit your original post and clarify whom you are speaking of......

So a couple of things. Again, he was not complaining about us but a competitor.

I do want to be fair. Orders are taking longer to get out the door in so many cases. I have never seen lead times like I am seeing right now. Normally we combat this by placing larger inventory orders with the plants. The plants just don't have the capacity. In many cases, they are working with fewer people and in almost all cases less efficiently.

For our part, we try and communicate with people quickly and let them know what is what. It can get difficult in situations where plants and manufacturers are not able to meet promise dates
