I'd like to get some suggestions on what to do with my garage flooring. We live in a new house (about 1 year old) and I have a 3-car garage (about 700sq ft). I have been researching this topic for a while but I wanted to get some input from you guys since you seem to know way more about this topic than me. The concrete is not overly consistent in regards to texture (some areas smooth, most areas rough). I was thinking about epoxy but I threw that out when I noticed that there a couple of tiny spots that get damp when it rains for a long time. The main reason I want to put something on my garage floor is because I need something that is easy to clean, less dust, possibly water proof (and maybe even make floor look a bit "cleaner"). I'd rather not spend more than $500 on the entire project. What would you recommend I go about using for this and what prep work would I need to do? Thanks for any help.

HD6525MMA, if this is an older floor, a pressure washing may be fine.
Small cone nozzle, close to the surface.

Clean up any oil spots prior with a good detergent.

I'd spend an afternoon reading threads in this forum reverse chronological order. All the info is already here and this exact question comes up every other day.

Thanks for the quick reply. It looks like this will create a high-gloss finish, correct? Do you have any pics of what it would look like? Also, will it be slippery at all? Is using a sealer my only option for my needs? Sorry for the abundance of questions, just trying to make sure I understand what I'm getting. Thanks for the help!
