garage for camper

I'm looking to build a 24x36 garage (stick frame) that will have a big enough door to put a 12' high camper in. I think I would like a 2' stem wall so I can wash things out when needed. I'm basically looking for any suggestions or ideas as I have never had anything other than just your typical 24x24 two car garage.
