Garage Gallery: New Construction vs Renovations

Has anyone brought up making separate sub-forums in the Garage Gallery area for New Construction and Renovations? I love the quantity of content but I personally prefer to read about renovations, whereas I know a ton of guys doing research would probably prefer to stick with new builds.

That should be a suggestion for the title of the topic but then some times like many of us a new build becomes a renovation.
