Pretty cool (but not cheap) solution to hanging one of my "toys" out of the way. It's designed to hang items up out of the way, but the triplet is long/big enough to take up the entire length of the thing:

This is a promo pic from the Garage Gator website:

And this is a photo of the thing installed in my shop, and with the triplet hanging from it:

Yes, it's a very busy pic, but make note of the fact that the ceiling in the shop is 15.5 feet at the girt where the "Gator" is attached. You can see the tops of the wall cabinets to the left, and the 8 foot commercial door beyond (covered in motocross stickers!). The ladder in the pic is a 12 foot step ladder.

This thing looks like it will be a great way to store the triplet out of the way, yet able to be ready to ride within a minute or so. It has a 220# capacity, so you could also install one of these to hang 7-8 singles on as well....

One more shot from the side:

Good going "drmarkr". Pretty common solution. I'd need 3 other people to install and/or remove my cap. This way it's out of the way, I can do it by myself, and I store my Jeeps top and windows on it as well. Also, when the cap is on the truck the tool box fits the the same frame and it goes up out of the way as well.

Very cool. Something like this would really help me with the growing collection of kids toys. I can't find on the site how far down the system will drop the items. My garage ceiling is 15' tall, just want to make sure I will not be lifting things 7' in the air to hook them up.

Same question here. That site has no specs except the weight. I have high ceilings and would like to know how much travel it has. Most of the lifts Ive looked at will only work in a low ceiling garage.

they use this at the ****'s Sporting goods by me for all the bikes that are being serviced, pretty nifty solution.

Just found out they work with up to a 15' ceiling. Going to start with one, may end up with 3 or 4 if they work as well as I hope they do.

Mine is mounted right at 15.5 feet. At full extension, the "bar" you hang stuff on is just about 50-55 inches in height. Very easy to hang your stuff. I'll measure it precisely tomorrow when I'm in the shop.

This thing is $189 thru Costco. Not "cheap", but since I ordered it thru their website, I wanted the option of just returning it if I didn't like it.
