Hello.
I joined and have been just looking and reading on here for some time now. Thought I would say hi.
I have really been learning a lot, and really enjoying all the pictures so thank you to everyone here.
Right now I only have two of the "prebuilt garages" Some day I will be selling the smaller of the two, and building the 4 car dream shop. Getting so many ideas for it here!
Anyway, hello form Rhode Island.

Got the prebuilts from Kloter Farms in CT. I have to say they really are nice and well built for what they are.

Nice, I just checked out their website, I bought a 9x14 from by the brook in CT a while back, if you don't mind me asking what did they cost?

Yeah no problem. The 12x22 tractor garage was $7,200. The 14x24 garage was $12,800 (I went with one of their fancier models for this. Also, has options like 8' door height, extra windows, etc.) I mostly went the prebuilt route so it could all be changed later when I built the real garage (someday :dunno:)

Overall, they are really nice, and get the job done, but I need more room, and def. want a concrete floor so I can put in a lift, and feel safer welding, etc.

I just bought a garage from them over the phone, lol.. Thanks for the recco...

I needed a simple 200 sq foot storage solution, just something to park the lawn mowers, snow blower, genny, power washer, weed wackers, wheel barrow, bicycles, etc etc etc in. They gave me a great deal on a 14x24' {$6500, its similar to your 12x22 with the 7ft garage door}, its a bit larger than I was originally thinking BUT thats never a bad thing, so around 300 sq feet inside, I will fill that up with no problems, lol.

Again thanks for the heads up on where to find it the company I bought my others off only go to 12ft wide and 20 long, they are delivering it in a couple weeks, that will give the snow time to melt...

Wow! you don't mess around! The 12x22 was one piece, and the 14x24 was one piece and they had to assemble the roof in place that was only because of the height though. Enjoy your new building!
