Garage heater issues

Hi, my garage heater has the green light steady on the motherboard but won’t do anything, no sounds or nothing. Wondering where to start to diagnose?

Have a volt meter? Need those numbers and brand.

I figured it out actually, jumped the thermostat and away she went. Thanks for the reply
