Garage heater vent pipe?

Hello I had a radiant tube heater installed in my garage by a reputable HVAC company but since the installation i have wondered about his choice of exhaust vent pipe. It is horizontally vented out the wall but they used what appears to be galvanized spiral pipe. I was sitting in a restaurant today and noticed they have what appears to be the same style pipe in there air ducts. This got me thinking about it again. Any words of wisdom? Thanks.

doesn't sound correct . call them and ask if it is to code. also did they leave t he install manual with you? it should have the approved method of venting in it.

I would call him and ask but of course he’s going to say it is code if he installed it. I may call the gas inspector.
