i would like to say if your going to buy a garage heater,modine,sterling,adp.all the repair parts are really priced high.the mr heater big maxx parts are dirt cheap and the warranty is much better on the mr heater unit heaters.i just sold my adp brand unit heater is was way too big for my garage.im now shopping for a new unit and have been pricing replacement parts and wow modine,sterling,adp areway too much.a sterling controll board is $399.found 1 on the internet for 200.00.i think i would just replace the unit if i had to pay 300 for a controll board.
