I have a 7X18 garage door and for whatever reason today noticed some daylight @ the top panel about the width of my center door spring assemby.

For now, used a few 2X4's to pull the top door panel against the weather strip and outer molding. Something to look for on your doors. Will post some pic's when I make the brackett's to hold the upper panel close to the weatherstrip:thumbup:

Funny you should say that now, I just last night wedged a piece of wood between the spring assembly and the top of the door to keep the gap closed.

I went outside at night with all the lights on inside and looked for light around the door, found it and now its gone.

And Now it Snowing outside! To cold to have leaks!

Mm

Yes, made a bracket on mine to hold the top panel straight also, used some conduit and all thread to make a "truss" , could screw it almost perfect.
