Hey guys, I'm new here. Love to see some of the amazing garages on here. Attached is a few of mine. Was hoping to see if you guys had any idea, specifically for the trim. The house is 20 years old, in MN. I do plan on doing a nice garage floor(professionally). Let me know what you guys think and what I can do to make it better. On the far right side next to the vacuum i have a slatwall coming this month and will be installing it there and hanging up some more used items. Thanks everyone!

Assuming that you are talking about baseboard - and maybe some casing, I would just use 1 x pvc trim. No need to paint it if you like white. For a garage it’s a good choice as it will take some abuse.

Your garage is too clean:oops:-I'm jealous.
You'll love the slat wall it does 2 things at the same time, fresh paint and organization for now and in the future. You might want to buy the metal inserts for the slat wall if you have some heavy items. You can only install them before you put them up or the next sheet. Some of mine have pulled out with heavy jackstands. I doubled up on the hooks for the hi-lift jack it's about 20lbs.
For the baseboard maybe an exterior gloss? Easier to clean. For the concrete baseboards I would put multiple coats on to help fill in all the little voids.
