Hi Guys & Girls,

I am considering building a garage instead of moving to a new house. I am limited on space so I thought about a 20 x 26 or 28? I have a 68 mustang which \i like to tinker with so I was thinking about reverse gable design and a vaulted ceiling so I could install a 4 post lift.

Any thoughts?

You cannot build it too tall or too big.

First check out your zoning classification, zoning rules (Including setbacks, lot coverage percentages and size and height restrictions), easements, deed restrictions and homeowner association rules.

Thanks Guys. I will keep you posted. Here is a picture of the mustang after a tree fell on it during a wind storm. Surprisingly no damage.
