Garage in Minnesota

I would like to thank everyone associated with this forum for the abundance of useful information I have gleaned from these pages over the last year.

We started planning a new home a little more than a year ago. Construction commenced in the middle of July. We are just about ready to start interior painting as of today. I have taken a whole bunch of photos along the way and will post a few related to the garage here.

First; the garage as of yesterday...

Damn that's a nice garage. ( I'm a little...scratch that....A LOT jealous at the moment) LOL!!!!

We need detailed details of the details of the garage. You know.....the basic stuff. From concrete to size, paint, and on and on.

Well OK...

It was a dark and stormy night...

The garage portion of the new house build starts with the trench dug for the footings...

Then came the forms...

And footings...

The cement blocks followed right behind...

Until they stood three high above grade...

Then we back filled...

Prepared for concrete...

And poured...
