I think it is completely automated, so a human doesn't touch the vehicle until it is on the ground.

Sorry, those are the only pictures I have. They were emailed to me by a buddy. From what I understand, it is a VW dealership in Munich. Apparently the footprint of the dealership is 20% of an average car dealer in the States and the damage done to the cars by attendants has been eliminated.
