I am insulating my garage(SF bay area, San Mateo) with rockwool(R-30) where the temperature is not that harsh. I checked the year-round temperature and it won't cause condensation. The garage is hard to add soffit or vent since it's a old flat roof. So i went with a no ventilation insulation. However, my garage have washers and utility sink, should i be afraid of moisture? Will moisture rise up into the rockwool and got stuck?
